Mike is an established expert in mortgage loan origination and refinances in California and nationally, with over 20 years of hands-on experience.  Beginning his mortgage career in 1997,  Mike has proven experience in loan origination within the personal and commercial spheres. His career in mortgages has been defined by more than simple sales success – he’s been helping consumers and businesses get the best deals on mortgage loans for his entire career, with a personalized touch and professional presence since the very beginning.

Moving on to the Branch Manager position for Synergy Financial, Mike continued to drive his sales record upward, but also showed growing and impressive leadership skills.  Locating and training new and talented loan officers has always been a priority for financial service companies, and during this time Mike took his instructional and leadership skills to the next level, managing two branches and overseeing the hiring and training for the entire company.  He also expanded his knowledge base to include compliance and operations integration during this period.

A commitment to ever-growing sales and helping more and more customers defining his career to this point, Mike became Synergy Financial’s Senior Mortgage Officer – at which point he:

• Managed loan officers and agents for the corporate office
• Constructed and executed personal marketing plans for agents and loan officers.
• Worked directly with builders to finance, market, list and sell properties

All this experience has led Mike to continually seek out ways to provide the best mortgage loan services to the public for both homebuyers, renovators, and businesses.  After spending 8 years, with great success in sales and teambuilding, at Optimum First Mortgage – where he drove continual growth and managed all aspects of loan production, marketing, compliance and client retention, Mike decided to break out on his own, becoming President of Landmark Mortgage Capital.

In his (limited) spare time, Mike is devoted to his family, his Southern California locale, and outdoor activities like Ironman triathlon competitions.
